Summary:A tyre filler and tyre therewith is presented, with the tyre betters safety and has a moderate elasticity. The tyre filler comprises: a central annular body with a penetrating hole; and a plurality of sachet chamber units surround the annular circular body, with each sachet chamber unit has a primary sachet chamber, with adjacent sachet chamber units are connected with a connecting portion, so that a vise sachet chamber is constructed by edges of the adjacent sachet chamber units between adjacent connecting portions. The tyre filler can be installed inside the inner wall of a cover. Moreover, an inner tube can be installed inside the central annular body of the tyre filler.
