Summary: | A method for fabricating a transparent conductive polymer film includes: providing a conductive polymer aqueous solution, wherein the conductive polymer aqueous solution includes poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS); adding a conductive additive to the conductive polymer aqueous solution to form a dispersion; disposing the dispersion on the surface of a substrate to form a dispersion film; and drying the dispersion film at a temperature above 140 DEG C to form the transparent conductive polymer film, wherein the conductive additive is malonic acid, and the amount of the conductive additive is 3-20 weight percent of the total weight of the dispersion. |
