The present invention discloses a product recommendation system comprising a ticket dispenser and a product recommendation server. The ticket dispenser provides a number ticket to a customer, wherein the number ticket comprises a number display area and a product recommendation area. The product recommendation server obtains, over the Internet, a store code and source device information from the ticket dispenser. Then, based on the store code and the source device information, the product recommendation server returns a product recommendation list to the ticket dispenser. The ticket dispenser prints a number on the number display area and prints the product recommendation list on the product recommendation area.
