The gripping device of the robot hand includes a device body and a gripping part, and the gripping part is connected to the device body and is able to move up and down freely. The gripping claws would not strongly abut the object to cause damage in the object by the following mechanism: allowing the device body and the gripping part to move in a downward direction together as one piece; allowing the gripping claws of the gripping part to move toward a direction closer to each other while utilizing the gripping claw of the gripping part to grip the object; allowing the device body to face the gripping part while moving in the downward direction when the gripping claw is abutting a top surface of the object instead of gripping onto the object; establishing a detection unit which detects the movement of the device body facing the gripping part; and allowing a moving device
