A wireless transmission device includes: a solar cell module is used for receiving the light energy of environment and transforming the light energy to electric power; a signal processing unit electrically connects to the solar cell module for receiving the electric power and a sensor signal, and converts the sensor signal to a valid signal; a processor electrically connects to the solar cell module for receiving the electric power, and electrically connects to the signal processing unit for receiving the valid signal and converting the valid signal to a first digital signal; and a wireless transmission module electrically connects to the solar cell module for receiving the electric power, and electrically connects to the processor for receiving the first digital signal, converts it to first radio frequency signal and transmit to a host.
