The present invention relates to a temperature sensing circuit and conversion circuits thereof. The temperature sensing circuit includes a first conversion circuit for receiving an input signal and delaying the input signal according to a temperature so as to generate a delay signal; a counting circuit for receiving the delay signal and the input signal and counting a time difference between the delay signal and the output signal according to a clock so as to generate counting data; and a second conversion circuit for receiving the counting data and generating temperature data according to a temperature table and the corresponding counting data. As such, the present invention does not need to use a delay unit which does not vary with the variation of temperature, thereby reducing the entire circuit area so as to achieve the purpose of saving cost.
