Summary:An ultra-hard decorative paper production method comprises a resin impregnation process, a pattern printing process, a protective printing layer coating process, a highly cured three-dimensional layer coating process, and an off-line temperature maintenance curing process. During the resin impregnation process, a printing coater with an impregnation device is used to perform a printing production operation, such that the production method of this invention can choose low-cost ordinary raw paper to avoid defect loss caused by poor adhesion of ink; in addition, it does not have to choose the raw paper with the same tone as the printing color to avoid the problem of black surface and white paper of the printing products and avoid the formation of burrs during cutting the resin-free impregnated paper; furthermore, in the impregnation operation, resin amount and color of intaglio plate can be preserved, and color change can be performed to correspond to printing, thereby achieving multiple inventive purposes inclu
