The present invention relates to a power transmission system, which comprises a transmission device and a power source device that supplies power to the transmission device. The transmission device comprises a main body, a cover, and a cavity comprising an input port and an output port, at least one set of rotor pair mounted inside the cavity and a gear assembly, and a transmission shaft rotatably connected to the rotor pair and the gear assembly. The power source device comprises: a power machine that conveys working fluid and shaft connectors assembled at the input port and the output port of the cavity, and a joint pipe assembled between the power machine and the shaft connectors. The joint pipe supplies the working fluid from the power machine to the input port of the cavity in order to provide a radial motion, which is opposite to a forward force of the rotor pair and increases the internal pressure of the cavity to make the transmission shaft work and to have the energy from the working of the transmiss
