The goal of the present invention is to provide a polycarbonate diols composition suitable for use as a material for coating materials, adhesive materials or a raw material for thermoplastic elastomers. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a polycarbonate diols composition to obtain a smooth coating film without impairing chemical resistance when used as a constituent for coating materials. Further, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a polycarbonate diols composition to obtain a polyurethane having excellent oil resistance without impairing mechanical strength when used as a raw material for polyurethane. The polycarbonate diols composition provided by the present invention comprises polycarbonate diols which has repetitive units and a terminal hydroxyl group represented by specific chemical formula, and 0.05-5 wt% of carbonic ester compound represented by specific chemical formula.
