The present invention relates to a touch panel, a touch panel display and a method of manufacturing the touch panel, the manufacturing method of the touch panel comprising the following steps: providing a carrier plate, forming a plurality of thin film substrates on the carrier plate, forming a touch sensing structure on these thin film substrates, and bonding each of the thin film substrates with a cover plate, wherein each of the thin film substrates is separated from the carrier plate in a non-cutting manner. Accordingly, this manufacturing method can prevent the thin film substrates and the touch sensing structure thereon from being damaged during the cutting process, so as to improve process yield.
