An illumination system which dynamic changes lights with an outdoor environment image includes an image capture module, an illumination module, a reduced frequency module, and an image process module. The image capture module running with a frame scanning frequency is set in an outdoor environment to capture the outdoor environment image. The illumination module including a process unit and a basic illumination mode is set in an indoor environment to emit monochromatic illumination light to illuminate the indoor environment. The reduced frequency module is used to reduce the frame scanning frequency to generate a reduced scanning frequency to make the image capture module capture the outdoor environment. The image process module including an image cropping and scaling-down unit communicatively connects to the image capture module and the illumination module and is used to generate an environment cropping and scaling-down image to make the illumination module illuminate the environment cropping and scaling-dow
