A receiving box structure of a vending machine includes a receiving box and a stopping member. The receiving box includes a rear plate, a side plate connected to the rear plate and a stopping plate connected to the rear plate. There is a channel surrounded by the rear plate, the side plate and the stopping plate. The products are received in the channel. A sliding portion is slidably mounted to the stopping plate.
