Summary:A supporting structure and an electronic device with the same are disclosed. The supporting structure is used for supporting a case of the electronic device, wherein the case has a first and a second dispose status. The supporting structure includes a first, a second, a third shaft and a first, a second, a third trestle. The first and the second shaft are disposed on the case. The first trestle is connected with the first shaft for supporting the case under the first dispose status. The second trestle is connected with the second shaft. The third shaft is disposed on the second trestle for connecting with the third trestle. When the case is under the first dispose status, the second and the third trestle are flat on the case. When the case is under the second dispose status, the first, the second, and the third trestle are supporting the case together.
