A ball screw with support devices, both sides of a nut base are provided with a support device, respectively, so as to support the screw stably and prevent the screw from being deflected. Near both ends of the screw are provided a runner structure that is concentrically provided with a drive wheel and a passive turning wheel with different diameter ratio, the nut base drives the drive wheel to rotate via a drive connecting element, the passive turning wheel moves synchronously with the drive wheel and drives the support device to move via a passive connecting element, so as to make the support device move synchronously with the nut, the diameter ratio of the drive wheel and the passive turning wheel makes the nut and the support devices move in a certain proportion of speed, thus providing stable supporting effect.
