A rolling door driving apparatus is applicable to a rolling door mechanism. The rolling door mechanism is installed at the entrance/exit of a building and comprises a frame and a rolling door raising/descending within the frame. The driving apparatus has a rolling unit, a driving unit and an assistance unit. The rolling unit comprises a rolling shaft capable of rolling the rolling door. The driving unit comprises a driving shaft linked to the rotation of the rolling shaft, and a motor driving the rotation of the driving shaft. The assistance unit comprises a housing containing a receiving space therein, an impeller set disposed in the housing and driven by fluid to rotate the driving shaft, and an input pipeline communicating the receiving space to allow fluid inputting. With the disposition of the assistance unit, the impeller set could rotate by injecting, thereby linking the rolling shaft to rotate such that the rolling door driving apparatus can roll the rolling door under condition of lacking electricity
