Summary:A touch panel includes a substrate, a transparent conductive pattern, a color layer, a plurality of metal traces, and a plurality of transparent conductive components. The substrate has a plane. The transparent conductive pattern is disposed on the plane. The color layer is disposed on the plane and surrounds the transparent conductive pattern. The color layer has an inner sidewall facing to the transparent conductive pattern. The color layer is formed between the metal traces and the plane. The transparent conductive components are attached to the inner sidewall and are electrically connected to the metal traces and the transparent conductive pattern. The material of the transparent conductive component is different from that of the transparent conductive pattern.
