This invention discloses a heterogeneous material combining structure and a manufacturing method thereof, comprising a substrate and a convex block. The substrate has a first region, a second region that is not coplanar with the first region, and at least two channels obliquely extending from the first region to the second region. Each channel has a top end communicating with the first region and a bottom end away from the top end, and the distance between the top ends is different from the distance between the bottom ends. The convex block is connected to the first region of the substrate, and enters the channel and extends toward the second region. In this way, the convex block can be effectively and stably combined to the substrate.
