Summary:An exterior panel is configured in an information display window of a device for allowing a user to view the information displayed by the device through the exterior panel. The exterior panel includes a panel body and a photonic quasi-crystal structure formed on one side surface of the panel body. The photonic quasi-crystal structure is arranged toward the user and capable of preventing environment light from being reflected to the eyes of the user when the user views the information displayed by the device.
