The present invention provides a display device. The display device includes a display module, a holding device, and a back cover. The display device includes a first optical unit, a second optical unit, and a frame. The frame has a receiving space for receiving and fixing the first optical unit and the second optical unit together. The first optical unit and the second optical unit correspond to the display face to display image. The holding device is disposed on a back face of the frame with respect to the display face of the display device. The back cover includes a second joint unit, wherein the back cover and the display module are jointed together via the first joint unit and the second joint unit.
