Summary:This invention relates to a submerged part surface structure of a carrier with electrocatalytic gas deliberating and biofouling prevention, in which an anodic electrocatalyst layer and a cathodic electrocatalyst layer are arranged separately on the submerged part surface of a carrier, and each electrocatalyst layer is electrically connected with a power supply unit. After the power supply unit outputs power, an electrical conduction path is formed by the anodic electrocatalyst layer, water, and the cathodic electrocatalyst layer, respectively, so as to catalytically electrolyze water and produce hydrogen and oxygen for forming a hydrophobic surface or electrocatalytic oxide on the submerged part surface of the carrier, thereby achieving the following effects: (1) preventing the submerged part surface of the carrier from adhesion of marine organisms; (2) reducing the resistance between the submerged part surface of the carrier and water; and (3) reducing engine room noise and promoting ship stealth capability.
