Summary: | This expanded polyurethane is expansion molded from starting materials including either an aliphatic isocyanate or melamine derivative; a urethane emulsion; and an anionic foam stabilizer. The compression set (JIS K6401) of the expanded polyurethane, specifically, the compression set (JIS K6401) of the expanded polyurethane after being left in a state of 50% compression for 22 hours under conditions of 70 C, is 40% or less. In so doing, it is possible to obtain low density expanded polyurethane that is pliable and resistant to collapse, i.e., expanded polyurethane having high recovery properties. |
