Summary:The purpose of the present invention is an optical device comprising a display device, and a transparent substrate arranged on the display surface side of the display device. If the transparent substrate is evaluated by using three index values, i.e., a resolution index value T, a reflected-image diffusibility index value R, and a glare index value S, the transparent substrate satisfies the following: resolution index value T ≤ 0.2; reflected-image diffusibility index value R ≥ 0.2; and glare index value S ≤ 60.
