Summary:The present invention provides a die rearranging machine, which comprises a frame, and the frame is configured with a carrier rack and a rubber pad. The carrier rack may be placed with carriers for carrying the film. The frame is configured with a carrier moving mechanism, an image reading apparatus, an ejection pin apparatus, and a transfer stage. The image reading apparatus may identify the locations of qualified dies on the film, and then the ejection pin apparatus may sequentially eject the qualified dies onto the rubber pad. Next, the rubber pad along with the transfer stage may transfer the dies onto another film. Thus, the present invention may achieve the purpose of automatic die arrangement, reduce the processing cost for the current manual operation and the consumption caused by errors, and provide lower processing cost and better production yield.
