Summary:A method for patient instruction suitable for a bedside care system comprising the following steps is provided. First, bed information of a ward bed where a patient is hospitalized is inputted into a front-end server, wherein the front-end server has stored a plurality of address records and a plurality of patient instruction information already, a display device disposed in front of the ward bed is in communication with the front-end server, and the address records respectively relate with at least one of the patient instruction information. Next, the bed information is compared with the address records, so as to enable the patient instruction information related with the address record matched up to the bed information to be outputted to and displayed on the display device.
