Summary:This invention relates to a tow strap retrieving device, in which a hub and a tow strap are installed inside a casing. The hub has a hole allowing the tow strap to pass therethrough. Two ends of the tow strap extend outside the casing. A pocket is used to restrain the displacement of the tow strap in the hole of the hub. This kind of retrieving device is also provided with a winding device mounted in the casing, providing an acting force required for the tow strap to be automatically wound on the hub by means of a speed change mechanism, so as to make the two ends of the tow strap to move between an extending position and a retracting position.
