Summary:A method for manufacturing hub blade includes the following steps. A aluminum substrate is provided with a first side and a second side. A first fixture is used to fix an outer edge of the aluminum substrate, and the first side is opposite to the first fixture. An axial hole is formed through a center of the aluminum substrate. To lathe the first side and a first basis surface is formed thereon. To turn the aluminum substrate, and the first fixture clips the outer edge of the aluminum substrate to make the second side outward. To lathe the second side and a second basis surface is formed.
