The present disclosure relates to a light guide plate mold, which comprises: a base, a number of side plates, and an intermediate baffle with a flow channel. The light guide plate mold further comprises a number of replaceable mold block and one micro-structure mold block. Each of the replaceable mold block has a groove which used to carry the micro-structure mold block. The micro-structure mold block includes a fixing part and a micro-structure part connected with the fixing part. The micro-structure part can be repeatedly processed for many times. One of the replaceable mold blocks is set abutted the base and opposite to the intermediate baffle. The base, the side plates, the intermediate baffle and the replaceable mold block are cooperatively to form a receiving slot for injection molding a light guide plate. The micro-structure mold is used for molding micro-structure of the injection surface of the light guide plate.
