The first switching module is connected between the antenna and the transmitter; the second switching module is connected between the antenna and the receiver; the first switching module and the second switching module include the plurality of transistors respectively; each transistor include a gate terminal, a drain terminal, a source terminal, and a body; the first switching element includes a first anode that is connected to the gate terminal and a first cathode that is connected to the drain terminal; the second switching element includes a second anode that is connected to the gate terminal and a second cathode that is connected to the source terminal.
