Summary:The present invention discloses a working status detection method of medical use touch display, comprising the following steps: a host computer to receive survival signals and confirmation codes periodically sent by a touch display through a serial communication interface; when the host computer receives the survival signals normally, it indicates that the touch display is working properly, if not receiving the survival signals, an alert signal will be issued; in addition, when the host computer receives the signals issued by the touch display, confirmation codes in the signals can be used to judge whether noise is contained in each record of information received, if the received confirmation code contains error due to the noise effect, the received coordinate information of the touch display will be ignored without taking any action, thereby causing no misjudgment of the touch action.
