Summary:The present invention discloses an interactive reading system for network news and the information comprising: a network platform providing news and the information; a setting module configured in the network platform and used to set a key word; and a command-adding module located below the key word to provide the surfers adding commands optionally. The network platform comprises the functions of: refining of news and the information (such as: the essential of the content, long title and short title), commands, the designed option, the knowledge management, pay-for designed pages, the notification/warning and agents of news and information etc., so that the interactive between the network platform and surfers can be promoted, quickly collecting the information and providing appropriate news to the surfers and promoting the effects of reading level.
