Summary:An encrypting system and a method thereof are provided. Said system and said method accept a first key input by a user and a second key the user selected from at least one original string from an original document. After the first key and the second key are received, said system and said method establish a character converting table according to the first key and the second key. When encrypting the original document, said system and said method encrypt said at least one original string into at least one encrypted string according to the character converting table. By completing above procedure, said system and said method can therefore transform the text content to enhance the secrecy of documents.
