Summary:The present invention reveals that a magnetic material, upon optics-triggered, could transfer the energy to different physical form. The phenomenon could be detected by using the instrument or biological material. In terms of energy transfer, it could be measured quantitatively dependent on the wavelength of excitation light, the composition of magnetic material, the dosage of treatment. In point of magnetic material, it includes at least one chemical element selected from the group consisting of Fe, Co, Ni, and each oxidation form. The compound form of the magnetic material could be in the form of core-shell structure or alloy with other metal. Moreover, the surface of magnetic material could undergo modification to improve the energy transfer efficiency, biocompatibility and the efficacy of utility.
