Summary:This invention relates to a facultative fermentation treatment method for kitchen waste and its system, in which a kitchen waste treatment step, a waste water treatment step, and a waste gas treatment step are used correspondingly with a pretreatment unit, an automatic oil/water separator, and a fermentation collection unit, so as to achieve the effect of automatic massive treatment of kitchen waste and production of solid fertilizer and liquid fertilizer, in which an effective microbe colony is added to shorten the fermentation cycle and reduce the odor; in addition, a biological deodorizing filter tower is used to remove the odor in the waste gas before discharge, thereby minimizing the effect to the environment during the treatment of the kitchen waste effectively.
