Summary:The present invention provides a cloud service system comprising a first cloud platform, a registration form, a tenant distributing module and a data storage cloud platform. The first cloud platform comprises one or more dynamically operated working modules. When one of the working modules provides a service to a tenant based on a client database file, the client database file is present in a register unit of the working module. The registration form has real-time records of whether the client database file exists in the register unit of the working module. When receiving a service request from the tenant, the tenant distributing module assigns the service request to the working module or another one based on the registration form. The data storage cloud platform is used to store and backup the client database file and can communicate with the first cloud platform.
