Summary:The gate cutting of the molded product is suppressed, and the piston mold as well as the pot mold of transfer molding mold is separated with excellently efficiency at the same time. A transfer molding mold and a separating means are provided. The transfer molding mold includes a mold body having a cavity, a pot mold having a pot portion for injecting molding material as well as an injection hole that communicates the cavity from the pot portion, and a piston mold pushing the molding material in the pot potion to inject the molding material into the cavity by lowering. The separating means includes a pressing plate that horizontally moves toward the pot mold from a standby position, and contacts with the upper surface of the pot mold in the manner of line contact at the forward position.
