The invention provides a method of manufacturing an artificial stone-molded article, comprising the steps of preparing a mold, grouting, filling in a plate member and hardening and shaping. A mold is mainly provided, and the artificial stone slurry is injected into the mold cavity of the mold. A plate member is suspended onto the opening of the mold cavity of the mold. The plate member is placed in the mold cavity and immersed into the artificial stone slurry. The artificial stone slurry injected into the mold cavity is hardened and combined with the plate member. It is then taken out from the mold cavity to produce artificial stone-molded article, thereby constituting the method.
