Summary:The present invention provides a frame for assembling a capacitive touch panel. The frame accommodates a sensing substrate at one side, and combines the sensing substrate to a display module at the other side, characterized in that at least two strips out of four strips of the frame each forms a recess at one side for accommodating the sensing substrate, and at least two strips out of four strips of the frame each has a fastener to buckle with the display module, so as to combine the sensing substrate with the display module.
