Summary:The present invention provides a capacitive touch panel, which comprises: a composite structure including a frame and a substrate, wherein the frame is provided with an accommodation space for accommodating the substrate, the frame has a thickness that corresponds to the thickness of the substrate, a plurality of detection units is formed on the substrate, the detection units being spaced from each other by a distance; and an optic composite layer having an adhesive coating layer, a shielding layer, and a black frame layer, wherein the optical composite layer is bonded to a first side of the composite structure by means of the adhesive coating layer to allow a second side of the composite structure to be combined with a display module, so as to reduce the overall thickness of the module.
