Provided inside the container is at least one stirring body for stirring the object. The rotary device and the power device are mounted on the holder. The holder has at least one light-emitting body. The rotary device is used for driving the container to rotate. The power device is electrically connected to the light-emitting body. The actuating member extends into the holder and is reciprocally movable. When the actuating member moves, the rotary device is driven and the power device is activated, so as to subject the object (such as a liquid) contained in the container to have effect of stirring and cooling, when a user presses the actuating member to rotate, and also to enable the light-emitting body of the holder to generate luminous effect, thereby enhancing efficaci
