Summary:The present invention discloses an audio transmission line and a headset. The audio transmission line includes a transmission plug and an inline controller, the inline controller is coupled with the transmission plug through a cable. Each feeding end of a signal input module of the inline controller is coupled with each signal transmission of the transmission plug respectively. A first control part of the inline controller mechanically drives at least one of the conductive part among a first conductive part and a second conductive part for coupling the first conductive part between the signal input module and one of conducting circuits, or coupling the second conductive part between the same conducting circuit and a signal output module of the inline controller.
