A liquid crystal cell properties measuring apparatus is provided. The liquid crystal cell properties measuring apparatus includes a light source, at least three polarizing light generator, at least three object lens, at least three polarizing light analyzer, and a data processor. Each polarizing light generator extracts a polarizing light with specific polarizing portion from the light source. And, each polarizing light is projected to the liquid crystal cell with an incident inclined angle. Each object lens receives each polarizing light which passes through the liquid crystal cell with a determined light receiving angle. And, the light receiving angle is corresponding to the incident inclined angle. Each polarizing light analyzer obtains a polarizing light intensity of each polarizing light from each object lens. The data processor can at least calculate a thickness of the liquid crystal cell or a pretilt angle of liquid crystal molecule of the liquid crystal cell according to the polarizing light intensity
