Summary:Disclosed is a material-loading control system and method capable of controlling track transmission belts in production lines by a control unit thereof. In operations of loading materials, the production information on a production line is acquired from a production administration system for identification of material plates whereon materials are to be loaded, material-feeding racks for placing material plates thereon and its corresponding material stations, in order to compare the consistency with the acquired production information. If the result of comparison is inconsistent, the control unit proceeds to turn off power of the track transmission belt to cease its operation, and in subsequent production operating processes, whenever a motion of material throwing occurs in the production line is detected, the control unit ceases the operation of the track transmission belt, thereby ensuring accuracy and decreasing error ratios of the material loading operation.
