An electric energy recharging operation device, an electric energy recharging operation circuit and an electric energy recharging control method for an electric vehicle are disclosed. The electric energy recharging device comprises a knob and a restorable elastic puller. The knob is utilized to set an electric energy recharging preset value by rotating a position thereof. An electric energy recharging regulation value is set from the electric energy recharging preset value by pulling the position of the restorable elastic puller while returning to the electric energy recharging preset value by releasing the reciprocating flexible puller to reciprocate to the original position, in which the electric vehicle, under a recharging condition, performs electric energy recharging based upon the electric energy recharging regulation value.
