Summary: | A current detection device of a multi-joint solar cell is provided for inspecting a multi-joint solar cell that comprises N sub-cells, each of which detects light of different wavelength, where N is greater than or equal to 2, and comprises a wavelength light generation module, which, according to a control signal, generates a wavelength light that corresponds to a sub-cell to be detected and is in an alternate form and (N1) wavelength lights that respectively correspond to the remaining sub-cells and are in a direct form; a mixed-wavelength light signal generation module, which receives the wavelength light of alternate form and the (N1) wavelength lights of direct form and generates, in response thereto, a mixed-wavelength light signal; and a current detection module, which receives the mixed-wavelength light signal and irradiates the multi-joint solar cell to generate an output current corresponding to the wavelength light of alternate form and detects the magnitude of the current. |
