The present invention provides an agenda events management system of an electronic device. The agenda events management system includes a setting module, an interface creation module, a reminder module, and a notification module. The setting module sets one or more agenda events and a time period for each of the agenda events, and sets a reminder time for each of the agenda events. The interface creation module creates a user interface for the agenda events, and displays an analog clock on the user interface. The determination module determines a color region on the analog clock for each of the agenda events according to the time period of each agenda event. The reminder module reminds a user when the time is the reminder time of an agenda event by marking the color region of the agenda event using a second color, and reminds the user when the time is in the time period of the agenda event by marking the color region using a third color.
