Disclosed is a structure of eyelash extension. The eyelash extension comprises an eyelash stem and a plurality of eyelash hairs. The eyelash stem has two ends respectively connected with a lash-holding stalk to facilitate holding the eyelash extension from two ends. A stem base is provided to connect between the stalks, and the eyelash stem comprises a stem base. The stem base comprises a non-circular stem top face and a stem bottom face. The stem bottom face is provided with a plurality of bonding sections in advance. The plurality of eyelash hairs are each provided with a stem connection strip. The eyelash hairs use the stem connection strips to be directly hot-melt bonded to the respective bonding section provided on the stem bottom face in the same corresponding direction, so as to make the eyelash hairs bonded and arranged to the same side on the eyelash stem to constitute the eyelash extension.
