An organic solar cell having a patterned electrode includes a first electrode layer, a second electrode layer and an organic photoelectric conversion layer. The first electrode layer and the second electrode layer are opposite to each other. The first electrode layer has a first carrier injection surface and a plurality of first protrusions formed on the first carrier injection surface. The organic photoelectric conversion layer is sandwiched between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer and includes a first surface joined to the first carrier injection surface which complies with the first protrusions to form a first carrier supply interface having a plurality of peak sections and a plurality of valley sections. Accordingly, the area of the first carrier supply interface is increased to enhance the efficiencies of carrier conduction and photoelectric conversion.
