Summary:A suction device is used to suck and fix the corner on a third side of a first plate of a panel cell via a vacuum cup along a first direction on a first axis. A thrust meter is further used, artificially or automatically by equipment, to push against an exposing surface of a second side of a second plate along the opposite direction of the first direction on a second axis. When the second plate is pushed to have peeling from the first plate, a strength value on the thrust meter can be recorded so as to easily and accurately measure the strength of the sealant between plates of the panel cell.
