A method of tabbing and stringing solar cells is provided in the invention. The method includes steps as follows: A solar cell with bus-bar electrodes are provided. Solder ribbons are positioned at the bus-bar electrodes of the solar cell by a number of soft pads. The solder ribbons are partially coupled on the bus-bar electrodes of the solar cell by a Laser device. And then the solder ribbons is fully coupld on the bus-bar electrode of the solar cell by a hot air heater. Repeating the operation mentioned above one by one solar cell finish the overall tabbing and stringing operation of a number of solar cells.
