Summary:The present invention relates to an electrochemical processing method and a processing electrode and a preparation method of the processing electrode thereof. The processing electrode comprises an electrode unit and at least one conductive wire. The preparation method comprises: first providing an electrode unit having an insulated surface; and then securing a conductive wire on the insulated surface with the conductive wire exposed from the insulated surface. Thus, the processing electrode of the present invention has a simple structure and allows simple fabrication and production, thereby lowering manufacturing costs of the processing electrode, reducing the fabrication time and increasing the precision of the processing electrode.
